Goal
To contribute to forming a right-holding society with healthy mindset through the cooperation between local governing agencies and representatives of civil society.
Context
There are number of issues and gaps in the field of formal education, which contribute to the lack of civic education. The low level of literacy of the civil society is a barrier for effective communication between local governing agencies and citizen participation in decision making process.
