Alexander Martirosyan is a Director and Project Manager at the All Rights Foundation, established in 2018. Alexander worked (2020-2023) as a Communications and Project Manager at the Public Journalism Club. His career, spanning over eight years, is marked by expertise in human rights, strategic communication, media literacy, fact-checking, digital security, and project cycle management areas. He has been actively involved in the programs of the Eurasia Partnership Foundation since 2011 and worked in the EPF office from 2018 to 2019. Throughout his professional journey, he has held key positions as a Researcher, Communication specialist, and Project Coordinator at the Armenian Center for Human Rights Protection after A.D. Sakharov, the KASA Swiss Humanitarian Foundation, and the UN Armenian Association, amassing eight years of experience. Furthermore, Alexander has served as an expert and consultant at the Children of Armenia Foundation (COAF), Media Initiatives Center (MIC), DVV International (DVV Armenia), Transparency International, Anticorruption Center (TIAC Armenia), Yerevan Press Club (YPC), Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC Armenia), International Republican Institute (IRI Armenia), International Alert, and Pan Armenian Media Group.

Vanuhi is a lawyer by profession. She has been engaged in professional work since 2004, working in large production and construction companies. Along with work experience, she has acquired the ability to effectively resolve disputes, and at the same time has mastered the field of corporate law. Since 2013, she has also worked in the public sector at first as a lawyer of Shirak branch of A.D. Sakharov Human rights centre, then in different non-governmental organizations as a trainer, researcher, monitoring specialist. A long-term cooperation as an expert has been with “Emili Aregak” Center of Armenian Caritas for Children and Youth with Multiple Disabilities, “Youth Initiatives center” of Gyumri, “Compass” research, training, consultancy center NGO, “Khoran Ard” intellectual center NGO, Jinishian Memorial Foundation, Alvan tsaghik social-educational centre NGO. Vanuhi is also a specialist in human resource management, engaged in the development of founding documents and developing regulations of organizations. Has experience in preparing software and financial reports. She is the founder of “Corner of Rights” consulting and educational center. Vanuhi is involved at ARF as head of project, coordinator, and legal advisor.

Anna Khachatryan is the communication expert of All Rights foundation. Since 2011, Anna has been interested in Media field, participated in public journalism training organized by “Internews”. As a volunteer at Shirak branch of A.D. Sakharov Human rights centre and Gyumri Infotun, she has always participated in media literacy workshops and updated, used her knowledge in that field. Anna also has an experience of coordinating projects, exchanging experience, youth work, and data science. She has been the coordinator of Gyumri branch of “Advocating for Human Rights in Armenia” project by the Armenian Association of the UN. Later, having studied social media marketing in more depth, Anna started to continue her activity in this field, engaged in the marketing of social media pages of several organizations – promotion, creation of visual materials, and design. Anna works at ARF since 2018 as a communication specialist and has several trainings.

Shoghik Avetisyan is the external accountant of the All Rights Foundation. She started her career in 1991, first as an accountant and then as a chief accountant. She has worked in the fields of public sector, human rights, construction, manufacturing, trade, media, and healthcare. In the last 8 years she is also cooperating with NGOs and foundations as an accountant and directs the financial aspects of grant projects. She has been involved grant projects of Eurasia partnership foundation, ARF, «KASA» Swiss Humanitarian Foundation, “UNICEF – Armenia” foundation, RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia, and “Sante Armeni” foundation. She can manage the budgets of grant projects with more than 10 million AMD.

Lilit Ayvazyan is a communication specialist and project assistant of the ARF. She graduated from the American University of Armenia with a bachelor’s degree in English and Communications. Since 2018, Lilit has worked at several NGOs both in regions and Yerevan. She collaborated with Ararat Municipality and other organizations as a project assistant and translator. Lilit has worked as an editor/translator at the Public Journalism Club, as well as a digital communication specialist at BoonTV. She participated in several international youth exchange programs including projects organized by the Council of Europe’s European Youth Centres in Strasbourg and Budapest, as well as the Franco-German Youth Office.
Program Assistant, Fundraising Specialist

Agapi Manukyan is the Program Assistant and Fundraising Specialist of All for Equal Rights Foundation. Since 2016, she has been actively engaged in social activities. She is a lawyer by profession and she has worked at the A. D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Protection Center and the Right Corner Educational and Consulting Center.
She has participated in public transportation quality monitoring programs and the “Mardamej” social innovation initiatives. In 2019, she coordinated the “Self-Water Management Index” program at All for Equal Rights Foundation. She also was a data collector for “Monitoring of public and private nursing homes in Yerevan, Shirak, and Lori regions”.
Since 2021, Agapi has proposed and successfully secured funding for various projects, which she has also coordinated. In 2021, she coordinated the program activities of “Gyumri Infotun”. During 2023-2024, she managed the “Media in the Mountains 1” and “Media in the Mountains 2” programs of the “KhoranArd” Intellectual Center NGO.
IT Specialist

Hrayr Zohrabyan is the IT specialist and consultant of the “All for Equal Rights” Foundation. He started his work in the field in 2015 as a web developer. He is an a specialist of oriental studies by profession, and before switching to the IT field, he was a researcher and carried out many researches, engaged in work with archived documents both in Armenia and abroad. He has extensive experience in digitizing archival documents. In the field of information technologies, Hrayr participated in a number of professional workshops/trainings, but was still involved in civic initiatives and multidisciplinary public projects (“Environment and Health” NGO, Public Journalism Club, etc.) which aimed contributing to reforms in the fields of healthcare, education, and ecology. In parallel with his mission at the ARF Foundation, Hrayr also works at one of the leading IT companies in Armenia as a Senior UI Developer.
