Goal
To raise awareness of the rights and responsibilities of people subject to military registration, conscripts, military servicemen and their relatives through the “Rights of military servicemen and conscripts” training session, provide information on recent legislative changes.
Context
The cases of human rights violations, lack of awareness of military servicemen about their rights and responsibilities, the cases of military servicemen by contract abusing the position of authority, the cases of oppression, repression, discrimination in the RA Ministry of Defense and closed institutions of RA Armed Forces contribute to the sustainable maintenance of existing problems in the field and increase in emigration. Most of the systemic problems in the field arise due to lack of awareness of the rights.
